Sunset Balcony

Very noisy most nights.Then waste collection early morning.Bathroom should have full door.Bed needs changing as takes up too much room.Liked the kitchen and lounge area.

Apartment was good, had everything. Great location.

Didn't realise it was right next door to a night club, Friday and Saturday night, the noise started about 2am---- 6am no sleep.... And there was a bad oder from the bathroom, which only had a half swing door.

Location was excellent with cafe,s shops supermarket all really close, waking down to beach area was really easy, definitely sunset balcony as the sun was there from morning till night, I had a really peaceful relaxing time, Roberto was excellent with all the correct info I needed for doors key pads pool etc, all photos included which was extremely helpful, definitely recommend this appartment

We loved the view and the balcony. Location was good apartment was clean, washing machine, hob ,oven, microwave, kettle hair dryer, all working. We loved the Irish TV channels.

Bedroom was tiny, very stuffy and no air conditioning. We had to sleep in the kitchen where the bed was very uncomfortable. The air conditioning in the main living area cost us extra and was payable by metre.

The nightclub caused a lot of unrest / stress Saturday & Sunday no sleep noise from 3am till past 8am in the mornings - the stench from the bathroom overbearing most nights could not leave windows open as no security grill - aircon did not work well at all - no sweeping brush - outside the doorway needs a good clean - homeless person sleeping on steps opposite bedroom every night (other than Friday & Saturday) and had full view into living area as no blinds/ curtains on window - Reported noise issues to Roberto who I believe came to outside the property with owners but unfortunately we felt that they were not really interested in our complaint did not speak to us personally as we thought the night club was going to open again Sunday evening we felt they should have offered more help
