"Room with a view"

Location in Old Town Harbour was lovely, quiet yet bars and restaurants very close View from balcony from sunrise to sunst Balcony with sun all day and comfortable chairs which recline Quiet pool area,however we never used as we enjoy going out every day for walks Would highly recommend for a couple and would definitely return Peaceful and relaxing

If being fussy, the appartment could do with a deep clean

"Fantastic stay at knights apartment"

A great apartment..with the most fantastic views 🏝 a full panoramic view of the sea .. being able to see the sun rise and sun set ... everything you need for a comfortable stay .. requested a larger frying pan .. and a new set was delivered the next day ..Caroline's cleaning was exceptional.. Complex has a great pool and probably one of the warmest outdoor ones we have encountered in lanzarote 🏊‍♂️ Thanks John and Caroline for making our stay so pleasurable..😎

Slight negative if anything.. and I,m not complaining but for us who stay longer than the norm.. a washing machine would be good ..But we did manage fine ...

"enjoyable but too hot at times in the apartment"

Location was good. Pool area quiet and well kept. Balcony view was great. Comfortable and lots of TV channels (watched the rugby)

Biggest issue for us was a lack of air conditioning. We knew before that there was no aircon, but with the unseasonal very hot weather (22 -25 degrees throughout the night and mid 30's during the day in October) it was just too hot, even with the fan provided, I would think it would be the same in summer months. If aircon is expensive to put in then we have come across pay as you go (coin fed) options in other apartments which may be a solution for the owner. Our fault that we picked an apartment without aircon just not expecting that heat in October especially at night. Not marking it lower for that. Also no welcome pack, just water. Lots of very small ants on surfaces.

Everything about the apartment is excellent, especially the peace and quiet. The location and views are amazing.

location was perfect with bars & restaurants nearby. no big hills to climb. very quiet complex during the day & night. great view from balcony.
