The apartment was perfect

Too far from the beach and too noisy because of the staged shows at night into the early hours of the morning.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! From the moment I arrived, Oliver was incredibly helpful and welcoming, which made everything easy and stress-free. The apartment was spotless and well-equipped, with fresh towels and a washing machine—such a convenient touch. The location was perfect—just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and bars, yet the complex itself was quiet and peaceful. I especially loved the two sun loungers just outside the apartment that got sun until the evening—ideal for relaxing after a day out. Oliver went above and beyond by offering me a late checkout due to my evening flight, which I was really grateful for. He also kindly booked a taxi for me, making my departure just as smooth as my arrival. I’d definitely stay here again. Thank you, Oliver!

This is our 2nd stay in the complex at 2 different apartments the complex is nice but has that old feeling to it. The apartment was great in all areas and again the service we got was excellent all in another nice stay in the old town .

Everything was great

I lost my keys while out walking and got a replacement set within minutes! Quiet and well kept. Old town area. 5 minutes to bus stop and restaurant. shop across the road. Fully recommend 👌

Because it's on a hill, there are some steps to navigate.

The location and the quietness of the property was great. The location has easy access to all aspects of Puerto del Carmen (cliff walk, old town restaurants, scenic port, & beaches).
