Cosy apartment close to the beach!

Very nice spacious apartment, within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and beach. Very good communications via WhatsApp regarding finding and accessing the apartment.

Street parking outside the apartment could be a bit of a hit or a miss

Perfect location, attentive manger ,owner, has everything you need, it is home from home, we would stay again if it is available,

This apartment was the first time we booked when it was a private host as we were worried about not having the security of a reception. We shouldn’t have worried as Pietr was so communicative and the apartment had much more going for it than those in a big complex. We had many more home comforts and Pietr was at the end of a phone if we had needed him. There were absolutely no issues so there was no need to contact him. He did message to make sure everything was ok. The apartment is in a more residential block and the other residents were so friendly. The gym across the road (which some reviewers have been negative about) was in no way a nuisance; in fact it was quite the opposite - lovely sitting relaxing on the balcony watching others exercise!! And speaking of the balcony, it was perfectly placed to get all day long sun. At only a 2 minute walk to the strip on a very quiet street I think this is a perfect apartment for a stay in Puerto del Carmen.

No air conditioning and no sockets in bedroom

The apartment was exceptionally clean and well-maintained throughout, exceeding my expectations in terms of spaciousness. The bed provided utmost comfort, ensuring a restful stay. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped with all necessary amenities, catering to my every need. I highly recommend this accommodation for its exceptional quality and value. The host demonstrated remarkable professionalism and assistance, even arranging a taxi to the airport for my convenience. I intend to return to this accommodation in the future and express my gratitude to the hosts for their exceptional hospitality.

Location is very good close to the strip &, piter was on line if &, when we needed The apartment has Everything you need for a perfect stay including a washing machine would highly recommend & return ourselves.
