Das Zimmer war geräumig und hatte eine kleine Wohnküche mit Kühlschrank und Herd. Das Badezimmer war schön ausgestattet. Vor dem Haus gab es zusätzlich eine überdachte Terrasse wo man gemütlich sich hinsetzen konnte und einen kleinen Swimming Pool . Man hatte die Möglichkeit noch eine Treppe zu nutzen um runter an den Strand zu gehen. Das Zimmer wurde jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt. Zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Man hat Parkmöglichkeiten.

Das Zubehör in der Küche wie z.B. Schwamm, größere Schale war nicht so ausgiebig , manchmal wurde vergessen den Vorrat auszufüllen aber man bekam Nachschub auf Anfrage.Die Strasse zum Haus ist etwas eng und man muss auf Gegenverkehr achten.

L ubicazione della struttura veramente ottima, suggestiva con la terrazza a picco sul mare, anche se lontana dal centro abitato.

La pulizia dovrebbe essere migliorata.

Highly recommended! The building has two floors with a total of 4 flats..The flat is more than enough with a little kitchen and a big refrigator. The flat has its own balcony and plenty of places for the towels and etc. And a table as well... The place gives you a feeling of a summer house of your own, the facility outside/ the terrace has a fantastic view of sunset with table and chairs, providing a place for a meal against the sunset.. under the terrace there is a small pool for 2 Kids, and at the sea side it has a little beach as well.. The houseowner always answered our questions with interest... The place is 6-7 mins to karlovasi for shopping and about 20 mins to kokkari, 25 mins to kampos...as long as you have a car, it is a nice and quiet place away from the crowd, somekind of hideaway... Because the beach is rocky the place seems ideal for fishing- harpooning.. About 1 min walking distance there is a lovely fish tavern as a big bonus!!!

There are better beaches:) the beach is rocky, and in a windy weather the waves makes it hard to swim..but we did not rent the place to swim, so it was a bonus for us to rent a place with a private beach.. and in an unwindy day it is good...

Very nice place for a family it is a bit far from general places, but it’s still okay if you want a cozy place

Pretty much everything was fine maybe put some facilities to their own beach but I’m not sure about the regulations. Maybe they’re not allowed to do that.

Location was good although quiet very good views and good fish tavern down the road

No induction or advise on premises eg room cleaning not daily unaware of this . Not made aware of the facilities eg can you use the beach or chairs on the beach or that there was a pool . Kitchen but no basic cleaning eg no dish soap or sponges
