Beautiful accommodation with all the comforts on the 10th floor, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the ocean from the window. Our children loved the hammock and the shell box. Very well decorated with lots of readings on the shelves. The large beach can be reached with a fairly short walk and is of fine sand with fresh and clean water, nice waves to jump. You have to walk a bit to find a supermarket and the town center is not very close. The very kind owner contacted us to find out what time we would arrive and greeted with kindness, explaining the essentials to know about the house. When we return to Costa da Caparica, we will definitely pass by this beautiful place again. Thank you!

Only the location and the view from the window were great. However, since the property does not have an AC and faces souths-west, the black-out curtains had to be kept close throughout the day. Otherwise, the heat would kill us.

Everything could be better. The property desperately needs refurbishment and I hope that the host, who BTW is quite nice, will do that before the next season. The property is advertised as suitable for 4 people, which is not true. The second bed's mattress is completely worn out and uncomfortable. The bathroom and the shower looked very unclean and disgusting. The water was either burning hot or very cold, unmanageable! And it definitely needs an AC!
