Good location with great views. Plenty of space in apartment and great facilities with everything you could need for a short stay.

There was a horrible smell of dogs and dog wee in the hall and bedroom with obvious signs of scratching from dogs locked in there. The patio door to the balcony does not lock. The washing machine, when emptying, pours water from the back of the machine onto the patio. There is mould on the patio door and curtain in the bedroom. The kitchen blind is broken and cannot be lifted. There is mould on the rear of the sofa in the living room. The day bed/sofa is very dirty and stained. The toilet overflow is very noisy if not flushed regularly.

Llegamos a la hora que nos ponían, y cuál fue nuestra sorpresa estaba todo sucio, no habían venido a limpiar, y a la media hora o así llaman a la puerta y eran las señoras de la limpieza, cuando abrí me increparon diciendo de alguna manera que por qué estábamos allí y nos echaron afuera para limpiar, estuvimos en la puerta con las maletas hasta las 16'00h, desde las 15'30h que estábamos fuera. Según ellas ya estaba limpio todo en media hora, una falta de respeto impresionante. Cuando entramos me di cuenta que solo habían cambiado las sábanas y fregado los platos del anterior inquilino. No volveremos seguro.

We were pleasantly surprised how nice the studio was. It was spacious and had a modern feel to it and the price was competitive. The weather was cold during our time there but the aircon heating was up to the job. We’d definitely consider staying there again if the Wi-Fi worked.

As mentioned, we had problems with the Wi-Fi, which the hosts attempted to resolve. Some cleaning sprays and a couple of spare refuse bags would have been helpful, and if I was being picky, a little more storage for clothes but otherwise it was a great space.

Apartamento muy bien ubicado, espacioso bien equipado. Tranquilo y agradable.
