Beach Penthouse Apartment Benidorm Cala

El apartamento esta bien equipado y la terraza es estupenda y muy bien amueblada

Al llegar no sabiamos como encender las luces de fuera y el personal no fue capaz de explicarme donde estaba el interruptor, en lugar de eso me dijo que no funcionaban, lo cual no era verdad. Entiendo que para quitarme de en medio porque no tenia ni idea de donde estaba el interruptor.

Having stayed at this apartment last year, we knew what to expect and we’re not disappointed. The kitchen was well equipped and there was nothing I needed that wasn’t provided. As ever the rooftop terrace was brilliant especially as we were blessed with excellent weather😎

Small issue with the small bathroom sink but it didn’t cause us a problem and I’ve flagged it with the owner. Otherwise everything was good.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und hat eine schöne Dachterrasse.

Die Sauberkeit. Die Kissenbezüge, die Gardinen und die Kissen auf der Terrasse sind leider sehr verdreckt/ verstaubt. Aus der Klimalüftung kommt leider ein Gestank vom Abfluss raus.

El apartamento estaba cuidado al detalle, cómodo y con todo lo necesario. Piscina grande y agradable, cerca la playa, zona tranquila pero con servicios cercanos. Muy cómodo el parking privado. Comunicación perfecta con el dueño y muy atento a todo

Penthouse bien situé et à proximité de tout. Le penthouse est spacieux et la terrasse est un gros plus. La cafetière était agréable et assez de matériels sur place.

Location and views were excellent….about a 10min walk to the beach and bars/ restaurants. Although the appartement is spacious but a little dark the rooftop terrace is a brilliant space with amazing views.

Just little things like no dish towel or anti slip mat for the shower but we remedied it whilst there.

Great location with lovely terrace. Comfortable and clean.

Both of the bathrooms were very cramped. Could benefit with more cutlery and crockery. A fridge or cool box on the terrace would be advantageous as navigating the spiral staircase carrying drinks was difficult.

The property was tired requires a lot of tlc and some items need replacing , couch springs dig in , redecoration required in many places also required . The sun terrace also needs updating both items and areas . Once the improvements are carried out it will be worth the money .
