From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Due to the cool weather in Cameron Highlands we do not provide any fan in the apartment. Please take note that we don't provide cooking gas in the kitchen. We only provide kettle, rice cooker and fridge in the kitchen.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.

The hotel room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Every corner of the room was spotless, from the neatly made bed with fresh linens to the dust-free furniture. The bathroom was hygienic and shining, with all amenities arranged neatly. The floor was clean, and there was a pleasant, fresh scent throughout the room. Overall, the cleanliness of the room made the stay relaxing and enjoyable.

The apartment management should consider upgrading the facilities, especially the bed, bedsheets, and blankets. The bed was very hard and caused body pain, making it uncomfortable to rest properly. In addition, the bathroom heater needs improvement. The water was not hot enough and it was quite difficult to use, especially considering the cold and rainy weather in Cameron Highlands. Improving these facilities would greatly enhance guests’ comfort and overall experience.
