the view and location. the owner is responsive to messages .

Apt building is on a steep slope , walking up and down to the streets below, especially in rainy weather, is treacherously slippery. Best to have transport to ferry up and down the slope. The water from common bathroom heater is not hot.

The view was amazing. The unit was neat and clean. Owner was very helpful. Highly recommended.

Cleanliness of the interiorapartment is well manage

The entire home was in great. It was neat and clean. The bathroom has a attached toilet seat for kids. Big and spacious. Able to sleep 10 adults. Location is very strategic, Strawberry and Cactus Farm withij 10mins walk, Brinchang Centrum within 3mins walk across the street, Petronas within 1mins drive. Overall it was a great stay.

The exterior of the entire building is very worn down. No proper maintenance on the building. No proper exit sign and walkway from the building. No pedestrian entrance. Need to walk along the driveway to get in and out of the building.
