great location in the center easy check-in process big and roomy appartment

there is another room in a higher floor for the same price not very soundproof if someone is in the corridor or the playground you hear it clearly there is a playground directly in front of the balcony only one chair on the balcony

Very strategic location,near to bank,food court and situated in the center of tanah rata.the room superb clean .easy check in procees and they have own carpark under the building.my suggestion mybe can add prayer mat for muslim

Perfect location, very clean. We stayed only 1 day but definitely could come back . Self check in also very convenient.

Centrally located, close to everything. Quiet at night. Room was spotless and had most everything we required.

The fact that we only had one key for two people who come and go at different times but couldn’t because we could not get either in or out without a key. Another issue was we could not leave the apartment without a key to get out which meant if there was a fire we would have no way of getting out of the apartment which is a huge safety issue. We also did not get the information as to how to even find the place until after we arrived and we walked around with our heavy packs for an hour asking people (even those who actually worked in the building) and they did not know about the Homestay in the building. The video sent to us finally showed us how to access it but by then we were frustrated and extremely tired.
