The location is excellent We did have early and late check in and check out

There is cameras in the property that goes against your privacy felt like being watched on everything we did. The staff took a while to respond when sending them a messages. The WiFi would not work even after attempting the code many of times ending in no WiFi for the 3 days. The shower head had to be held by hand. Tv only has basic channels. We were not given the key code having to ask for it through messages several times. The apartment was freezing cold having to send more messages on how to turn the heat on which was wall heaters that didn’t warm the place up at all.

The bedroom was fine, except the window wasn't tight so air and sound came in. Location ok

So as a bedroom this would have been fine but as it is and apartment and listed with all the commodities that entails I will rate it as such. So basically nothing worked. The heaters didn't turn on, there was no hot water in the shower (you had to turn the water heater on manually which I did but only the taps got warm never the shower). Also we were only provided with one towel for the two of us. The kitchen was awful, one pan and one pot that looked like you'd get cancer from cooking in them. One of the cabinet doors literally fell of when I opened it and the oven plate had pieces of coal in it. Overall the kitchen had a strong mouldy smell and the whole apartment had signs of humidity damage. All the windows are not air tight which probably means humid air and water is constantly coming in. The cherry on top is the "terrace" which is a little square filled with bird feathers and 5 inhabitant birds as well as a load of cigarette butts and trash. We don't watch TV but I turned it on just to see and lo and behold it didn't work. To be fair I did send a message about the heater and they answered that they could send somebody but we were only there to sleep basically and we didn't want to sit and wait for somebody to come during the day. There was also just so much else not working that we couldn't be bothered. Thankfully we were only there for two nights and only really needed the bed, but had we booked for longer with the intention of cooking more I would probably have asked for a refund. We were here on my birthday which just made it all a bit more dissapointing

Very nice place and a great location. Very close to the city center. Property was clean and had everything we needed, would recommend to anyone visiting the city

A tad noisy outside traffic . Doors a bit stiff hence noisy to shut

The property has great value if the dampness was properly addressed not with all the plugins trying to hide it. Left with a bad chest. But this has been said before so not sure if anyone pays attention. 🤔🤔
