INPlace is in heart of the xity
Leakage in bathrooms. Too smelly bathrooms. No fans. Very small rooms
MYThe location is stratergic.. and very well located and easy to access
The mobile line are a bit poor.. and there's no wifi connectivity.. and when i chat the owner they didnt respond to me.. and there's no fan also.. not everyone are cold..

The cleanness needs to be improved. The kitchen, toilet and even the door lock is spoilt. Spider web behind the toilet. Middle room ceiling got water mark and stain. Only if the owner put an effort on the cleanliness, the unit is wonderful.
