"I never stay at the apartment, the environment is suck..,.spoiled our holiday mood"

The house is totally dusty, dirty and smelly, the floor was full of lizard excrement, it seems never clean for longer period. Nothing attract me!! It's bad....

The house is dusty, dirty and smelly, the floor was full of lizard excrement, it seems the apartment never clean and never rent out quite some time. The bed is dirty, and the glass door at the living hall already spoiled. The environment is totally bad. I never stay there, I left on the same day after I managed to find another hotel for accommodation. I would like request fully refund all my payment as this apartment are totally bad, not comfortable and not value for money.

1. They only provided 2 towels for 4 people. 2. The unit smells bad and not so clean. 3. The bed and the comforters smells bad and with bedbugs. 4. The 2 towels doesn’t smell good. 4. No internet and no air-con. 5. The shower head don’t have holder
