The stuffness smell of the toilet, location wise its a bit further away, quite dark to get to the apartment at night

Organization sucks & poor communication made us wait longer time to get new key for room changing at our first day. NOT CLEAN AT ALL (HAVE MANY BABY COCKCROACHES)!!!!! still have A LOT OF THEM even after cleaning. Bet they didn't do proper cleaning for a long time. we asked for changing room in second day but couldn't. Does not provide us better solution. GUARD IS NOT FRIENDLY TO OUR GRAB DRIVER !!!!! we cancel our second day booking cuz the insect problem still not solved. we leave the hotel immediately at 1.30 am thx to the cockcroaches. VERY ANGRY.
MYThe distance from Genting is shown on the internet as 2.6km, but the actual distance is 14km. It takes 35 minutes to get to the accommodation from the genting， The room was full of mold and there were a lot of cockroaches，The floor is sticky This is a shameful and dishonest owner.
