Marine Studio on the Beach

Die Wohnung liegt in einem etwas älteren Apartmentgebäude direkt an der Bucht, Meeresrauschen 24/7. Sie ist blitzsauber, sehr gut ausgestattet (auch in der Küche!!) und liebevoll eingerichtet. Ein Balkon bietet eine tolle Aussicht. Zugang zur Wohnung und Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin waren unkompliziert und sehr angenehm.

Wegen der (falschen?) Installation der Badezimmerabflüsse kann es gelegentlich muffig riechen.

Общение с хозяйкой: все подробно расписали, позволили заехать раньше и уехать позже. Расположение очень удобное (но лучше взять авто и поездить по всему острову, что я и делал каждый день), пляж под балконом, море ночью убаюкивало. Пешком особо не ходил возле расположения, но мельком заметил, что есть на что взглянуть ;) Тихий и спокойный район, в самом городе Icod de los Vinos есть на что посмотреть) В квартире есть все, что нужно: полотенца, бытовая техника (кофемашина, аэрогриль, микроволновка, бутербродница, стиральная машина и прочее), в наличие кондиционер и телевизор, которыми я не пользовался, но вот вентилятор со светильником под потолком включал) Очень понравился приятный запах постельного белья и полотенец. В общем мне понравилось место)

It was a wonderful experience completed by the amazing view and sounds of waves. The building is surrounded by parkings.

Perfect appartment with warm energy of the owner. Well equiped, very nice balcony with view of the bay. When I come again i wish to stay here. Absolutelly without problems. I recommend it

Perfect apartment. Beautiful view, peaceful location, very helpful and friendly host. The attention to detail makes the apartment a real home from home, although it is small, it has everything you need for a long stay. I don’t drive, so being right across the street from the bus stop, which takes you into Icod in around 10 minutes, was very handy. The host provided lots of useful local information, and was extremely helpful in allowing both an early check in and later check out. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Nothing, everything was perfect!

The flat was very well equipped, there was everything you’d need. Juana was very helpful and friendly. The view was stunning, eating breakfast at the terrace with a view on the bey and cliffs is the best way to start your day on this magical island. There’s not much around in the town but it’s quiet and lovely

many minor details which made the vacation much more comfortable. even cannot think of what is missing in this place. beach downstairs is not famous but much better than the ones we went by car

Excellent place to stay. High internet speed. The host was so helpful with her recommendations about restaurants and places to visit.
