Die Vermieterin war anders als ich das vom Gardasee kenne sehr unpersönlich. Ihr Mann dagegen also höflich nett mit der Kaution ist das auch nicht so gelaufen. Ich wusste auch vorher nicht, dass ich überhaupt eine Kaution bezahlen muss, dass es dann immer sehr doof Ich wurde jedenfalls nie wieder an diesen Ort fahren. Auf der anderen Seite vom Gardasee hat es uns wesentlich besser gefallen.

Es gab viele kleine Mängel. Ich habe auch ein paar Sachen fotografiert. Zum Beispiel musste ich ungefähr 50 g Haare aus der Dusche ziehen, um dass das Wasser abläuft. Das war aber nicht das einzige es wäre müßig, dass Alles hier aufzuzählen,Eigentlich müsste ich einenSchadensersatz von 10 % verlangen aber das überlege ich mir noch

Aussicht sehr schön, Lage für uns Perfekt, da in der Nähe der Marina Bogliaco und unseren Freunden. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ruhige Lage, für jeden den Grillenzirpen nicht stört...klingt so richtig nach Urlaub. Wohnung recht groß, schätze 10qm Schlafzimmer + 25qm Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche.+ Bad + Miniflur + Balkon

Toilettenbrille defekt, wird bestimmt bald ausgetauscht. Klimaanlage nicht vorhanden, aber das wussten wir vorher.
