Остались очень довольны. Ремонт современный, всё выполнено в духе минимализма: чисто, аккуратно и без лишних деталей, что создаёт ощущение простора и порядка. Мебель и техника в отличном состоянии, всё продумано для комфортного проживания. Единственное, что нам не совсем подошло — холодный свет в освещении, но это скорее вопрос личных предпочтений, так как мы больше любим тёплое освещение. В остальном — всё просто замечательно!

Everything was good in lux home Astana. Clean bedsheet n sofa. Kitchen ready to use with freedge n microwave n vessels. Communication was easy n fast. Possible to get car within minutes.

The location is really central, there are stores nearby, and you can also get by taxi everywhere. The apartment was clean. Most things worked as expected. I didn't cook, but I did use the microwave and the kettle. The stairway was lit at night, the neighbors were quiet. The apartment itself is huge, I didn't expect it to be that huge. Considering that it was very cold outside, I was surprised how warm it was inside the apartment.

There was terrible smell coming from the basement a couple of times. It was really overpowering..I did mention it to the owners, but I don't think they could do much. Hopefully, it's just an odd occurrence. The owners want you to notify them of any visitors coming to the apartment, as stated in the rental agreement that they made me sign. I consider it a little invasive, but I think they are mostly concerned about noise and cleanliness. They also don't want me to consume hard liquor inside the apartment, they only mentioned it after I arrived. It didn't matter to me much. I wish there were more working power outlets... I found two behind the bed, fortunately. I wish there were bedside lights, the overhead lights are great, but it's either very bright or very dark inside the apartment. And, for the life of me, I couldn't figure out how the TV worked. Maybe I'm too old.

The owners are super helpful, even they dont speak english they solved many problems for us. Appartment is great, close to the bus station. Good for two travellers Appartment has washing machine and kitchen

Shower temperature is not very adjustable, very hot :)
