Splash Resort Luxury Pools Lazy River Fun Water Parks

The curtains of the restroom had mold. The bed sheets weren't that clean. The roku feature on the TV didn't work either.

The property had all the essentials needed for a pleasant stay for a few days. It was clean & clearly well kept.

Could have used something to clean the bird poop off the balcony. We realized this was inevitable. But a broom or some kind of outdoor mop would have been helpful.

Easy access, close to Pier Park and Restaurants, clean, fast Elevators. Apartment had everything we needed and was very nice.

rested in this condo from April 14 to 19. We really liked everything, the condo is equipped for an unforgettable vacation. Clean, cozy and comfortable, a variety of pools and a hot jacuzzi. An unforgettable view of the ocean from the balcony. 👍😍🌊🐋🐳🐬

Among the shortcomings - the children's water park (very cold water), if it was warm, the children would spend most of their time there

Elevators need to be serviced. Has an issue with the elevator. It fell a level or more, reset, went to the top floor and opened. We walked down to our floor. Others mentioned they had issues too.
