The apartment is conveniently located. Be aware, the building is located in a pedestrian area, no cars, taxis may enter the street.

The apartment is much smaller than it is advertised, max 65 square metres. One of the "bedrooms" has no window at all and is not bigger than 8-9 square metres. In the bedrooms and the bathroom you can find widespread spots of black mould. The description of the apartment says it has heating. The truth is that there are 3 small mobile oil radiators, but you can only use 2 of them, because if you turn on the third there's a blackout and you find yourself looking for the fuse outside the apartment in the corridor. Most probably the inefficient heating also helps develop the black mould. The management company that is running the apartment is unhelpful, not able or not willing to assist you.

L'appartement se trouve à 3 stations de métro du centre ville de Porto => génial ! Les autochtones sont très gentils, et serviables pour le moindre souci => c'est appréciable, quand on ne parle, ni le portugais, ni l'anglais..

C'était notre première fois pour une location appartement-hôtel : on n'a guère apprécié la réception "moderne" => pas d'accueil physique, pour payer la taxe de séjour et la réceptionner des clés.

Очень удобное расположение, рядом метро и магазин, до центра очень легко добираться.
