Generous space and very clean. Large terrace where you can eat.

Not all doors and windows had mosquitos nets. The bathroom is a little bit small, but its OK.

The flat is new and very clean, just as I maintain my own property. Has a modern and clean design. Living room and bedroom had mosquito nets. The flat is a very short walk to the beach. Whole kitchen instead of a kitchenette. Enough plates, glasses and cutlery if you decide to eat in, though if you want to cook, you might struggle with limited utensils. The large size fridge is big enough to store food and drinks for a family. The living room has enough space to hang out. If you want to eat at the dining table you will need to move the TV to get the table out and unfold it. I liked the big shower head and good water pressure. Had enough space to leave the clothes airer outside to dry towels. Welcome wine bottle on arrival. Host responded to issues and replaced broken items.

There was nobody at property at the agreed arrival time. Walked around wondering which was the right flat. Had to find the host's phone on the app to call them to come downstairs. Only the living room has AC. No cleaning products to use with the mop; no spare towels/detergent to wash them during a longer stay. The flat had a very strong paint smell from recent renovations, which gave me a bad headache. Took days of ventilating to fully get rid of it. The property is next to a very busy car park with lots of large vehicles. Many trucks, buses and vans pass by from 6:30 in the morning, also very busy in the evening whilst trying to ventilate. On the last day people upstairs made a lot of noise. Multiple guests from nearby flats frequently gathered right outside the living room's window standing and talking for a long time contributing to the noise. Sofa bed was improperly installed and folding when lying down (could have been checked prior). Inconveniently we found issues in the evening, the host responded fairly quickly. I asked if a booking update was possible it wasn't the case, which is fine. She looked really angered by the question though which gave another bad impression. She was responsive but all interactions felt very rushed. Internet connection was intermittent at times, some TV functions didn't work. The pillows were too soft for me and towels quite hard. On the first day we agreed to check out at 12. On the last day the host knocked on the door at 11:30 asking if we were ready to leave because she needed enough time to clean before the next guests arriving at 14:00. I asked if we can still go at 12, she was happy to wait outside but we still felt rushed and annoyed. I believe the host wants everyone to have a good stay, the property has some very thoughtful features. However, the service could have been more informative, place inspected properly beforehand, and could have had a better interaction for a stated luxury suite.

Super polite host , nice place near to many restaurants and sea .
