Das Haus ,der wunderschöne Garten.

Die Dusche war undicht, wir hatten eine kl. ÜBERSCHWEMMUNG , KONNTEN DIE ABER SELBST BEHEBEN, DAS SCHLOSS AN DER HAUSTÜR WAR EINE KATASTROPHE, JEDEMAL WENN MANN SICH AUSRASTEN WOLLT ,KONNTE WIEDER JEMAND NICHT INS HAUS ,ALSO BIN ICH AUFGESTanden und liess die Gäste rein . .Das war in den 2 Tagen 5 - 6 mal. Schade auch dass ich die Besitzerin nicht einmal sehen konnte.

Nu sunt plase de tantari si am avut cam 2 paianjeni in camera. Pernele mult prea moi. Bacataria nu are cuptor cu microunde.

De locatie ten opzichte van de plitvice meren is prima. 20 minuten met de auto. We konden gebruik maken van een gezamenlijke keuken als je alleen een kamer boekt.

Het was ons niet duidelijk dat we alleen een kamer geboekt hadden ipv een appartement. Gelukkig konden we de gezamenlijke keuken gebruiken. De communicatie over de toegangscode en welke kamer je hebt is slecht. De informatie over de toegang wordt pas laat of nadat je gebeld hebt doorgestuurd. Diverse andere huurders moesten helpen en geholpen met de toegang. Communicatie is alleen met whatsapp ipv gewoon via Booking. Door vele internationale gasten heeft niet iedereen internet verbinding ter plaatste of WhatsApp. De voordeur open maken is te ingewikkeld, ondanks de instructies. Niet fijn als dan iemand om 6 uur in de ochtend iets verkeerd doet bij de deur en het alarm afgaat.

I liked that has nature all around the house

I didn’t like that it didn’t had any shower gel and other bathroom kit ! We had to go after being on the road for many hours to the most near supermarket

Beautiful location and garden.

Uncomfortable small beds, uncomfortable pillows and cold showers every single day, even after informing the owner everyday about the cold showers, nothing was done to fix the issue. Management is not present in the house, sends unnecessary WhatsApp messages that don't solve the cold showers issues. Even on the second day the owner asked us (the guests) to fix the boiler. Zero sense of customer service/hospitality. The house is just bedrooms and the management is not present, they are living in another town (45 minute drive) and are not willing to move a finger to solve issues related to basic hospitality, horrible experience.

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko do Parku Narodowego jezior Plitvickich. Byliśmy tylko na jedną noc i pobyt spełnił nasze oczekiwania. :) niestety nie skorzystaliśmy ze wszystkich udogodnień, na zewnątrz piękna strefa wypoczynku - grill pod zadaszeniem i hamak. Jedynym niewielkim minusem jest jedna kuchnia na cały obiekt, wiec fajnie jest wybrać się z całą rodziną lub znajomymi i mieć cały obiekt na wyłączność bez „nieznajomych”, ale jak na tak niską cenę nie ma na co narzekać. Kontakt z właścicielką bardzo sprawny, od razu mieliśmy odpowiedzi na nasze pytania.

Mooie locatie, maar elke beweging van andere toeristen kon je horen. Bedden, matrassen , zijn aan vervanging toe. Badkamer dik in orde. Prijs, kwaliteit zeker ok .
