O apartamento é bem organizado, tem um quarto e uma sala bem completinhos, a localização apesar de não ser central e de fácil acesso, a área de lazer é boa.

A limpeza é boa mas poderia ser melhorada, o chuveiro de agua quente é meio temperamental, e as vezes esfria no meio do banho.
