We loved everything about the stay, literally everything. The place was super clean, spotless. The host, Serafim brought breakfast every morning fresh baked egg tarts and croissants. The bathroom was huge as well as the bedrooms. The bed was comfortable. The hosts were always happy and very friendly, and so responsive. I think it was our best choice to stay in this property. There were full air conditioners. The fridge was always full with milk, juice, yogurts, cheese, wine and beer. The kitchen has everything you would need if you prefer cooking. There was a bird trip that Serafim highly recommended and I highly recommend it to people who want some extraordinary, exclusive, and private experience apart from the crowd. The location was also amazing. You could reach to the river in like two minutes and then there were so many restaurants, boss and cafés around the property. You could also go to the Morro park in 10 minutes. I know that there are more hotels in Porto rather than in Gaia, but we much preferred the days that we stayed in Gaia, then the latter parts of our trip that we stayed in Porto. Gaia is much quieter and will provide you a better night view then Porto. The hosts even gave us a ride to our next next hotel in Porto on our check-out day, which was extremely helpful. They are just good people and the place is just so new - I will definitely revisit there.

Great location close to the river and in a short walk over bridge to the historic center of Porto. Opportunity to have a free parking in this area is unique. Very spacious, comfortable, modern, and well-designed apartment. I wish our own home looked like this))) Hosts are very lovely and go out of their way to make guests happy.

Price was a bit higher than in other places where we stayed in this trip, but within our budget and probably fine for Porto. Value for money was still great.

Free off street parking, welcoming host Serafim, amazing luxurious place, breakfast included, walking distance to town and river. Boat trip on Douro amazing, and Serafim such a warm, interesting guy! Obrigado!

Everything about this property is PERFECT! The rooms, the comfort, the cleanliness, the outdoor patio, the generous food in the fridge as well as offerings of wine to purchase in the room!.This was the most amazing stay!The apartment is extremely large and such an amazing value! Please look no further…this is the place to stay! oh, it is quiet too and perfectly situated for exploring all of the wine houses, the river, and an easy walk across the bridge to the historic side of Porto.

Modern, clean and spacey apartment with great equipment, such as dishwasher and laundry machine. Breakfast rolls delivered fresh every morning. The bed was very comfortable. Although we stayed here during a humid autumn season, The apartment did not smell any mold (unlike many other apartments on Portugal). Garage lot included. Great location with a walking distance to most attractions. Very kind host couple!

The floors are cold so reserve a pair of woolly socks or slippers when visiting on a cold season. Nothing to complain really!
