O condomínio é espetacular, com uma infraestrutura e atendimentos maravilhosos. Funcionários prestaram bom atendimento do início ao fim da hospedagem.

Infelizmente, foram encontradas baratas nos quartos, algumas pias de banheiro entupidas, sofá da sala de estar com encosto furado e muitas camas nos quartos, dificultando o trânsito das pessoas no quarto, o que levou uma das hóspedes a dormir no sofá da sala por pouca acessibilidade ao quarto destinado a ela.

Todas as hospedagens em frente à grande piscina natural de Muro Alto têm excelente localização, pois permitem chegar rapidamente à praia, que tem águas bem tranquilas. A disponibilidade de cadeiras e guarda-sóis também é muito interessante.
