• Well located and easy to access. •The landlady was friendly and responsive whenever we had any questions. • Check-in process was hassle free and the instructions were clear.

• It’s too cold due to the fact the windows and walls are not insulated and there is only one heater which is in the bedroom, the experience might differ in summer. None of the windows lock. • The shower is too small (an over head shower would be much better). A shower shelf or somewhere to place soaps/shower gel would be great to have. • No extra rubbish bags were provided.

The apartment is modern, clean, and more spacious than the photos show. The sunroom porch is a lovely spot to enjoy a meal or coffee. The hosts, Leonor and Francisco, were attentive and responsive to our requests, providing extra bedding and answering our questions via WhatsApp. The location is convenient, and overall it offers good value for a short-term stay.

The bed is very firm and might not be comfortable for everyone, especially for taller adults as it’s on the smaller side. The lack of a welcome guide made it necessary to reach out to the hosts for things like the Wi-Fi code, where to find trash bags, and heating instructions. The heating is controlled remotely, which was a bit inconvenient, particularly as there’s no heat on the porch where we worked in the evenings. The Wi-Fi frequently dropped, making it difficult for two people to be online at the same time. The Moka Pot for making coffee was missing the handle and I asked for a replacement but that never happened. Additionally, no trash bags were provided for a long stay, which was an unexpected hassle.

location was a bit too quiet for us as a family with teenagers but if you are interested in wine and caves then it’s ideal for that.
