Do apartamento, bem equipado e mobiliado e da infraestrutura do condomínio.

A praia em frente ao condomínio é perigosa, com muitas ondas e correnteza. Só há banheiros na área comum e que ficam próximos à recepção. O único ponto negativo do apartamento são as cortinas, pois o blecaute não cobre totalmente as janelas, fazendo com que a luz do sol, deixe os quartos mais claros desde cedo.

Tudo muito bom!!

Ponto de melhoria do condomínio: Programação manutenção nos pisos das quadras; Fazer imediatamente manutenção nas juntas de dilatação das piscinas. Todas as juntas estão largando o que indica o fim da vida útil do silicone e consequentemente necessidade de troca;
