Lovely place to live while on holiday with a family. Apartment is roomy, clean and the location is excellent.

spacious, modern apartment, very well equipped with everything you need, very close to the old center, within walking distance, ocean view from the terrace, underground parking can be reserved for a very good price, and the extremely kind and welcoming owner gave us the best advice, I recommend this apartment.

Awesome apartment with great view. Convinient parking in the builing for those who travel by car. Nice and friendly hosts. The rooms are clean, the kitchen and bathroom have all what is needed for the comfortable stay. There are a lot of shops and restaraunts in this district. My family and I highly recommend this place for your vacation.

Wonderful, spacious apartment with everything you need. We liked the attention to detail (f.ex. the beach towels, the iron, ...) and the hospitality, given that we met the hosts in person. The apartment is in a very good location, close to everything and so near to the sea that you can hear it. We definitely recommend this apartment and we wished, we could have stayed longer.

Tiziana and Claudio are wonderful hosts who made every effort to ensure that we enjoyed our stay and responded to our queries immediately. We felt so welcome in their place. The constant sound of the waves crashing on the beach made this a truly special experience and stay - pure relaxation. The location of the unit is could not be better - although central very quiet. During the night you mainly only hear the sounds of the ocean. The kitchen is very-well equipped with high end appliances (stove, oven and fridge). The views from the balcony which is accessible from both the bedroom and the living room/kitchen are amazing. The pool was closed during our stay but the apartment is only a few minutes from Lago Martianez (beautiful swimming pool complex). There is a very good supermarket on the ground floor of the building. We can highly recommend this apartment.
