Very central for shops and night life entertainment.

Can't really say disliked anything. Really good apartment clean and tidy. balcony a good space table and chairs a bit dated but wouldn't put us off going back. Host was very commanitive checking to see if everything OK. Which in its self is good.

Casa Elizabeth at Paradise Club is a lovely little upper floor apartment in a quiet private complex. The location could not be better, just around the corner from a new Spar supermarket at the start of the main strip of bars & restaurants. The balcony overlooking the pool gets the sun all day, and sun loungers are provided around the pool. The apartment has undergone some recent modernisation, and I understand improvements are continuing. The bathroom is brand new, as are the 2 large smart TVs with hundreds of channels including UK. There is also air conditioning in the living area although we didn't use this. The owner Shane got in touch before our trip to introduce himself and was keen to ensure we were happy with everything. We'd be very happy to return to the apartment, as it's in our favourite area of Puerto del Carmen and Shane was a pleasure to deal with throughout.

Nothing to detract from our experience, but one or two things are a little dated such as the couch and patio furniture, however as mentioned some modernisation is still ongoing.

Desgraciadamente, lo poco que me pudo gustar de él quedó eclipsado de lo que no me gustó.

LIMPIEZA: tuve que limpiar el piso con lejía. - Suelos sucios y llenos de pelusas nada más llegar al piso. - Las sillas y el sofá no la utilizamos nunca, solo hay que ver las fotos… - El filtro del secador de pelo estaba lleno de pelusas, asqueroso. Además se recalentaba y había que esperar varios minutos para poder secarse el pelo. - El hervidor de agua/tetera estaba amarillo, igual que el microondas, nunca herviría agua ahí y tampoco utilizaría ese microondas… terrible. PRODUCTOS: productos a medio utilizar de previos invitados. - En el baño había productos de otros huéspedes pasados en la casa, como cremas, laca de pelo, etc. - En la cocina había productos a medio consumir como aceite, harina… y la verdad que yo no tocaría lo de otras personas. COMODIDAD: era incómodo y desagradable estar ahí. - En relación a la limpieza, no se podía sentar en las sillas ni el sofá porque daba asco. - Las camas estaban duras. El colchón si tenía protector pero las almohadas no tenían protectores, lo cual es bastante desagradable. - Las sábanas bajeras de las camas eran algo viejas y tenían pelusillas… eso habría que cambiarlo. PROPIETARIO: - Me dio su teléfono directo por si necesitaba algo. Eso me pareció muy bien. - No nos dijo que empresa nos iba a contactar para el check-in. Yo pensaba y creía que lo normal era hacerlo todo a través de Booking y resulta que no. Que una empresa externa nos envió un e-mail sin firma de empresa y que además entró en SPAM, pidiéndonos hacer el check-in. - El nombre de la casa en Booking “Paradise Club” era distinto al que figuraba en el e-mail del check-in “Casa Elizabeth”. De modo que tanto el SPAM, como la diferencia de nombres, como la falta de firma en el e-mail nos hizo sospechar de un posible hackeo (pues en el check-in hay que introducir documentos de identidad, pasaporte, teléfono, correo electrónico, etc.).

La ubicación y la tranquilidad

Estuvimos sin televisión,15 dias el anfitrión intentando solucionarlo pero la señal era muy deficiente,en el dormitorio nos encontramos con una caja de la televisión de cartón enorme ,no creo que era el sito,en armario restos de bote de pintura rodillos etc, donde vamos a guardar nuestra ropa para 15 días no tenía para cambiar la sábana, la terraza le hacía falta un poco de limpieza. El baño nuevo, perfecto. Viajo a la isla tres veces al año nunca pongo reseñas, en este caso eran todas buenísimas, por eso pongo este comentario

The property was like home from home, had everything we needed and more, very well equipped and clean. The apartment offered comfort and relaxation, and the balcony got the sun all day so we used it a lot sitting out on the sun loungers. The complex was small and quiet, the gardens and pool area were well maintained, clean and tidy. The location was excellent, literally around the corner to the start of the strip with lots of shops, restaurants, bars and also the sea/beach area. The friendly owner made good contact with us before the stay, we had all the access requirements we needed, and also dropped a text to check that we were okay during our stay. We will definitely return to this lovely apartment.

There was nothing to dislike about this property.

Washer was never properly cleaned before Kitchenware was very run down. Scratched, not easy or enjoyable to cook in. Internet did not work for the last two days
