"Loved it would stay again"

Excellent location, very helpful staff especially Toni on reception, we were checking out late so we had the use of the Curtosey room which has two bathrooms and a seating area. Bar was great, food was very nice .. rooms are fresh and airy very clean,

The room key is on an app, I was worried in case my phone died, there is a code you could input though .. but I prefer a physical key or keycard ( just my preference)

Great location, small complex, large private terraces, welcoming friendly staff.

The skirting boards throughout and around the tiles in the kitchen could do with a clean weekly. I did this myself with antibacterial wipes. I think the furniture should be moved once a week for a deep clean behind them.

I liked the location. Staff were excellent. Place was very safe and quiet. They kept in touch with us via WhatsApp to see if we needed anything

I didnt like the fact you had to use a link on your phone to open the door. I was ok with it but elderly people may struggle
