The TV was a decent size, it had AC in each room, good wifi and a comfortable bed

The property on the outside is very run down and I suggest the community needs to invest money doing up the exterior of building as it’s not at all inviting to any holiday maker. My personal complaint is there was an infestation of Cockroaches in the kitchen a ms too many for comfort in other places around the apartment. We had to kill around 50 cockroaches in the kitchen alone each evening after returning from dinner. We had to clean out all the cupboards and the cutlery drawer which housed several of things complete with dropping. On night 1 my wife was woken up by a cockroach on her arm. I raised this through booking.com and they informed the property management who said they would send round a maintenance team . What arrived was a single cleaner with a can of insect spray which I deemed an unacceptable response considering we already had 4 cans of the same spray and had already been doing self help which is not what one expects when you go on holiday. After my 2nd complaint due to my wife being unable to sleep for fear of being crawled over by cockroaches the property management informed me about it being a hot country and we should expect to see insects and beasties; I felt this comment to be patronising and it enraged me as we also live in the Canary Islands (they should have known this being the info was provided as part of our booking) and I also work on the east coast of Africa very close to the tropics and I have never seen so many roaches in a single night. They did inform me they had booked for the place to be fumigated after we had left which didn’t help our situation. They explained this was because of the chemicals which I’m well aware of and all they had to do was fumigate the place in the morning and ask us to remain out of the apartment for the rest of the day, giving them the opportunity to clean the place. Despite apologies being made I did not feel the property management dealt with our complaint as they should have done.

The location was perfect. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The apartment on the surface was clean but inside the cupboards, the tv unit, under the beds etc wasn't. The shelves on the livingroom wall were hanging off the couch was stained and everywhere just needed a bit of an update. That being said the mattresses appeared to be brand new and were very comfortable.

Location was fabulous! Walking distance to old harbour, restaurants and a well-stocked supermarket. Beds were comfy and the property was spotless.

Air-conditioning in the twin bedroom was very noisy and had to be switched off. Elsewhere, the air-conditioning was superb.

It was basic and on par for what we paid.

The management company and the maintenance department were shocking. The owner was not contactable On arrival I realised that the patio was broken and we were unable to lock the door. The following morning I reported it to the UK based management company to a girl named Nikolina and she assured me she wouold get it sorted that day. In the mentime we had a table jammed up against the aptio door whish made no difference really but we did it anyweay. On our retrun to the apartment that eveneing we saw that someone had been in to the apartment as they had left a note with the wifi code but the patio door had not been fixed.

beautiful spot . everything so near around us . apartment beautiful clean and lots of space all your needs and wants for the perfect family holiday . can't wait to go back

Entrance bad could do wit painting inside and outside.shower doors bad.curtains dirty and don't properly.

Location great. A bit tricky with a buggy but we managed. Lovely view from balcony. Having two bathrooms a bonus.

Apt needs modernisation. A bit of TLC needed.

Room was clean

Nothing like the photos this place is a dump!! Graffitti allover walls outside Steps everywhere, no reception, no pool no nothing its scruffy and very run down i wouldnt recommend this place to anybody especially any families! We left after 2 days didnt feel safe here atall its horrible outside the rooms the walls are paper thin there is nothing around nothing to do no complex or anything just a run down block of flats dogs walking up and down above all night and barking non stop
