Location and size. Good WiFi / TV service. Generally very satisfactory. Host attentive and helpful.

Could do with more homely touches and furnishings. Plenty of scope to make it a deluxe apartment.

The location is excellent

+ The location of the property was excellent - right on the strip. It is very very spacious, and you could stay in a group of six, if wanted. + Even though some mention the property can be loud, we found that the music from the bars underneath could barely be heard from the middle bedroom. + You can see the sunrise right from the balcony upfront - which is beautiful!

- As the only windows out are in the first bedroom [dressed as a twin], and the living room [right on top of bars/restaurants], the inner rooms only have windows to a covered patio - the air in there is very stale [you can smell the plumbing system coming back]. - The A/C didn't work for the first three days, which made the stay difficult, as there are no windows to circulate the air. - The shower is not powerful at all, and the water comes out slowly. - There are plenty of cockroaches! We have found them all over the property and got rid of 15+ in our 10-night stay. Even though we kept all our clothes on the higher shelves in the bedroom, and we scrolled them all before packing, we still got one back to the UK with us. We have previously stayed on the other side of PDC, in the Old Town, and hadn't seen a single cockroach in a full week. - The property is very dusty, especially under the beds - it looks like months of not vacuuming. - Lastly, the property needs an upgrade. Everything is quite old [or gets old quite quickly when renting out all the time]. The bathroom could do with some deep cleaning, especially as the doors to the shower are getting some mold. ---- This is something extra I'd like to add: A few days before arrival, we asked whether there was a chance for a late checkout. We were told they couldn't say at that time and to check closer to the date [they said to enquire on the same day]. We know this is not given and if it happens, it is extra; however, one day before checking out, I asked again and they said they couldn't offer me a late checkout [they allowed 30 minutes extra] because they have offered an early check-in to the next guests. I found this very unfair, as I had asked two weeks prior and they said to recheck, and in the meantime, they granted the extra time to someone else instead - why wouldn't they accept my request when I first put it in?

Location is quite good as your are on the front but quite a bit up from the old town/harbour area. Balcony is good for view and people watching.

Needs upgraded generally. No Toaster and electric tripped when we used the hob. Above pub so some might find that annoying, we didnt.

Very central location. All amenties close by. Apartment had everything needed for a short stay break, iron, kettle, fridge-frezer, dishwasher, washing mahine etc. Also provided hand/shower gel and body lotion in the bathrooms. Good size balcony with chairs and small table. Great location to watch sunrise and sunsets (and people watching :))

Very noisy as the apartment is above a bar. While there are uPVC patio doors these only close over the entrance to the balcony but are not actually fitted into the entrance so do not keep out all the noise. However, this didn't cause too much annoyance once we were in the bedrooms.

Location was perfect. Property was very good plenty of room .

Huge apt all mod cons, front line Ocean View. Central to everything. Staff great to deal with. Definitely recommend. Would stay again. Very happy with visit thank you!
