Mosquitoes. No Wi-Fi in the apartment. No issues with the facilities.
IEGBLocation, location, location. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, own front door, big modern smart tv with all main English channels. Good cooker and hob with adequate cooking equipment crockery and glassware.
No dishwasher and very old fridge. Settee and easy chairs need updating. Shower and bath in main bathroom need updating.

No air conditioning, but that was a minor thing as when you had doors open the was a lovely sea breeze
