Property was great, all you need for a holiday. Plus a washing machine which was a bonus with kids!

Only thing we didn’t like was the pool area, it is lovely and nothing wrong with it. But it’s closed on Sundays. And it just didn’t have the holiday feel over there. It’s a gym for the locals and you felt like you weren’t wanted there.

Total lies the pictures aren’t true, the advertisement was false. It was like a shed. I lived in Lanzarote, my son being born there. This isn’t the end , I will contact Lanzarote forums and Gazettes etc. I will warn people never to stay!!!! You won’t get your money back. Absolutely disgusting liked nothing

It was all disgusting and terrible. Had to leave!!! Apparently it’s ok to pick children on there one in a separate shed.

The location is perfect. The apartment has everything you need for your stay. Fernando always answered any messages I sent. The use of the bikes was great for us, and passes to use the sports complex across the road was a bonus. Short walk down to Playa Chica beach, which is beautiful.

The only thing, which others have commented on also is the kitchen is a little tired, but everything works, so cannot really say we didn't like it. Possibly a little shelf in the shower cubicle would be good for toiletries too.

This was a big positive surprise for us. The apartment is very beautiful, extremely well located and equiped with everything you might need and even more, including bikes,... The access to the sport centre just accros the street is a real bonus. The communication with Fernando was great.

Some renovations needs to be done ( shower door, sofa "room" door), but nothing really serious. The sofa bed might be a bit uncomfortable if you want to stay a week or longer, but was ok for a short stay. I would suggest to add curtaints to the entrance door as the living room gets plenty of light from the street, which might bother some people
