Apartamento Seaview

Lovely immaculate apartment. Large balcony with spectacular sea view, and comfy furniture. Comfy beds and bright fresh decor. Well equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a washing machine & dishwasher. Perfect location, bars shops & restaurants right on your doorstep. English TV channels an added bonus. Air con in living room only , but fans in both bedrooms. This is a gated area, adding a feeling of security. Taxi rank is a two minute walk. Having stayed in many apartments in Puerto del Carmen , this one seemed to be quite expensive , but it is well worth the price tag, I will definitely be returning .

Only one thing , if you use the air con, you need to keep an eye on the drip tray on the balcony, it fills up pretty quickly , and needs emptying.

Group of 4, 2 single beds and one double, would have preferred 4 single beds. Everything else was great

The apartment is very well located occupying a first line position to the beach which gives amazing views over the ocean. It is equipped with everything you could reasonably need and furnished in good quality IKEA style things which are of a very good standard for accommodation of this type. The bathroom and kitchen are clean and modern. Particularly good is the large balcony/terrace overlooking the beach which is a real sun trap with comfortable seating. A nice touch was the bottle of wine, water and biscuits present on our arrival together with shampoo in the shower and washing up items in the kitchen. Having stayed at many apartments of this type in Carmen this is up there with the best. You feel the owners have put a lot of thought into what clients will want and need.

could be a little noisy on the street below at night perhaps a written guidance on the TV Channels
