Carmen en Cristine waren SUPER aardig en ik kreeg direct antwoord op mijn vragen, helder / duidelijk!

De accomodatie is wat ouder en dat kan je zien maar was schoon en keukengerei was echt tip top in orde (ikea servies en pannen). Zwembadje was in deze tijd (april) nog wel erg koud maar zeker schoon! en volop ligbedjes.

La posizione, la terrazza quando non pioveva

Quando pioveva, la copertura della terrazza perdeva acqua in molti punti e il pavimento diventava scivoloso e pericoloso. Mia moglie è scivolata una sera al buio e ha rischiato di finire contro la vetrata. Non c'era nemmeno il sapone da mani in dotazione e la scopa per spazzare aveva un grande spazio vuoto al centro che rendeva difficile utilizzarla. Nel bagno uno specchio attaccato al muro, senza un ripiano, senza una luce, senza una presa di corrente. Il rubinetto del lavandino del bagno con il filtro pieno di calcare e un getto che diffondeva l'acqua a ventaglio.. Sotto l'essenziale. Ogni tanto anche gli appartamenti messi a reddito hanno bisogno di manutenzione...e di qualche attenzione per i clienti.
