The quietness

Having to be out early as our flight was a late 1 and had to put our belongings in a small room with no changing facilities

Fijn appartement, dichtbij voorzieningen en strand

Clean, well presented.

Location, too far from the centre for me (limited mobility)

One staff was lovey

Staff were rude and very unhelpful, when I had an issue and called the number provided the lady was rude and hung up on me, threatening to kick me and my 7 year old out of the apartment. Because they said I have to may people stay omg in my apartment, because they saw guest coming in to my appartment on arrival as their rooms were not ready, so unhelpful and stressful to the start of my holiday

It was nice and quiet not to far a walk from spar not up a big hill

No fresh towels window in bathroom leaked with the rain plaster in bedroom falling off with the wet weather out door furniture not comfortable

Spacious…..good terrace…small welcome pack

Lack of power sockets……lounge and bedroom etc Bed could be more comfy

Nice tidy facility

Weather was terrible doubt we will come back to lanzarote

Lokatie ligt in open vlakte , er was veel wind die je tot binnen zwaar hoorde ...moesten de luiken gesloten houden. Met de dames Christina en Carmen hadden we telefon isch contakt..waren heel vriendelijk, hebben bij het uitchecken 3 uur langer mogen blijven en taxi voor ons geregeld. Zijn we heel positief over.

Er komt weinig zon binnen daar het app ook tegenover grote blinde muur staat van ander app.
