A repeat stay at this lovely apartment after a 3-year absence (due to...). The kitchen and bathroom have had some upgrades, although someone had caused some cosmetic damage to the washing machine. The front terrace is great for watching the sunrise and the wifi was good.

The steps up to the apartment (behind the front door) are steep, narrow and curved. It would have been nice to have had some furniture in the rear terrace, e.g. sunbeds. Some issues with paying for the apartment, but sorted okay.

"comfortable apartment"

this is a lovely apartment we always stay in Matagorda and this was probably the largest and most comfortable. it’s a 5 minute walk down to the front and just a little longer to restaurants, shops etc; We had a really lovely holiday thank you. Also I would like mention the host, they were quick to answer any questions and the cleaner was kind as well.

perhaps some sun loungers would be nice, just a thought.

"a nice secluded apartment"

Lovely quiet area, made up of 4 apartments in a shared driveway so no one passes by and you are not overlooked. Feels very private. Nice to sit out on the balcony enjoying drinks and meals. Quite spacious, good amount of kitchen things. Walk down to beach about 10 mins. Very handy for taxi rank and bus stop.

could have done with some loungers for the back patio area.
