Un apartamentito muy cómodo, en una zona muy tranquila. Tiene de todo. Cocina super completa. Te dejan toallas para la playa, un detalle genial.

Email received clarifying entry to apartment complex and location of key to the apartment.

Pool was not heated. Sun beds need updating.

Location was nice and quiet had all amenities required.

Exterior needs painted and external furniture updated as 1 seat broken where it there was a better arrangement it would make more appealing for sitting out but pool area was close by to make up for this. Internal wood work and walls needs some TLC

We loved the apartment all very clean and comfortable, we arrived at night and had a bottle of water and some snack (that was very kind) the apartment has all the utensils for cooking, we did not use because we stayed 3 nights only, they provided pool towels and beach toys for children, also the TV with Netflix, YouTube for my teenage son he loved it ! is very close to the beach, bars and restaurants and the same time in a quiet area, we will definitely come back more often

Small development with a nice pool and sunbed area - close to the airport - never a problem parking - a 10 min walk to local restaurants. Especially enjoyed Pride of India restaurant and ate there twice over my stay. The apartment is compact - adequate for 2 people but more would be a stretch in my view. Responsive local agents Lanzarote Vacation Homes when I needed to contact them regarding the key safe and tv system. We had a car and the flat is ideally positioned for the local roads network. I love planes and it is close the airport runway, but no in an obtrusive way. Great walks along the prom each day just minutes away. Quiet development and great for older folks.

When I reviewed the previous comments it seems the previous landlords have moved on - there is therefore a difference in the welcoming standard from the previous personal service they provided (and attention to detail). While the apartment was clean, it is a little rough around the edges (curtains in the bedroom and on the patio doors need a good clean), chipped crockery, chipped/scuffed paintwork). There was no welcome pack to explain how things work e.g. TV - in fact the system was down for a week - the agents were responsive - it seemed to be beyond their control, however on day 7 of our stay a new system was installed.

The bed in the double room was very comfortable and it was lovely to have the fan overhead We had reading lights at both sides, which was really handy. The kitchen and bathroom area were all kitted out to perfection 👌 The kitchen had all the cooking utensils that are needed, should you choose to cook. The bathroom had a washing machine, however we only used it before we left to wash the towels belonging to the apartment.

The apartment was comfortable, although a bit tight for 2 dults and 2 kids. We didn't realise it was only a one bedroom apartment, with pull out sofa bed. We arrived at the apartment ahead of time, as our friends had the apartment next door. The apartment from what we saw on the outside was left in an appalling condition. When the cleaners arrived they spent a very short time cleaning the apartment. When we went to get our key at the entrance, the patio area had broken glass and was dirty with cigarette butts left in the ashtray. Once inside we were greeted by the stench of smoke, that was still there throughout our stay. Even though I cleaned the floor again myself I hadn't picked up all the broken glass on the patio area and cut my foot. The towels were not cleaned, and smelt musty. The entire floor area was dirty and behind the bed hasn't been touched in ages. We also found use items underneath the bed. The lovely decor that was there, some of the items were broken, along with a light, curtains damaged both in the bedroom and patio area. I can honestly say, I left the apartment cleaner when I left, then when I entered.
