Die Lage

Die Wohnung war für vier Personen nicht geeignet, da die Schlafcouch im ausgezogenen Zustand drohte zusammen zu brechen und somit nur eine Person darauf schlafen konnte. Die vierte Person musste daher auf dem Boden schlafen! Dazu passt auch, dass einige Utensilien nur dreifach vorhanden waren (z.B. Tassen, Löffel...). Außerdem stand während des gesamten Zeitraums das Internet nicht zur Verfügung. Beschriebene Extras waren teilweise nicht vorhanden. Zumindest wurde auf Nachfrage fehlende Kissen, Kissenbezüge und Zweitschlüssel nachgeliefert.

"Kleine feine Wohnung mit allem was man braucht"

Die Unterkunft war genau das, was wir in Halle brauchten. Ruhige Lage, kurzer Fußweg in die Innenstadt, und zu Freunden die wir besuchten. Gemütlich eingerichtet zum zurückziehen. Küche zum kochen funktional ausgestattet. Über die Beschreibungen haben wir Schlüssel und alles gut und schnell gefunden.

Leider war ein Heizkörper defekt. Das Personal war aber sofort erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hat sich dafür entschuldigt. Trotz der kalten Tage war die Wohnung mit den übrigen Heizkörpern aber gut zu beheizen. Parkplätze sind allerdings schwer in der Nähe zufinden. Wir haben das Problem mit einem Öffentlichen Parkhaus im Stadtbereich gelöst.

Lage war gut, moderne geschmackvolle Einrichtung, Reinigungsmittel vorhanden, Shampoo und Seife ist auch da.

1. Für 4 Personen reserviert, nur für 2 eingerichtet. 2. Keine Kaffeekapseln 3. Kein Backofen 4. Keine Spülmaschine 5. Matratzen sehr dünn 6. Schlafcouch hat nur Rollrost, also sehr hart zum liegen. 7. Ausziehcouch rastet nicht ein, somit bricht man beim Schlafen zusammen. 8. Keine Mülltrennung 9. TV im Wohnzimmer ist nicht an Antenne angeschlossen. 10. Keine Parkplätze vor der Tür. 11. Gardinenstange fällt beim Gardine aufziehen runter. (12. Wohlmöglich Bettwanzen in Schlafcouch)

"Visiting Leipzig."

Good place to stay for visiting Halle and Leipzig. Comfortable, roomy. Cosy. Bathroom excellent. Halle is a small town with a nice centre.

When coming by car you need to be aware of rules where to park as not all streets are for everyone. We had a map to see on which side it was allowed.
