Lovely spot right by a beach. You can walk 2 mins to a rocky beach to swim- we were the only ones there! There is a kitchenette in the room for use and small fridge. Owner very kind, although didn’t speak English. She gave us some home cooked Greek food and always smiled.

Need a car as far from other things, beds were 2 singles.

Fantastic location

My partner and I had breakfast at the same table on the balcony, but we were in different places, one on the terrace of a chalet and the other in a seaside house. It is possible that the balcony is a magical place that unites different places, or perhaps it was a manifestation of Athena's sincerity and friendliness, who knows.

If there are faults in a place that you love, they will not be visible to you, so this question does not make much sense in my case.

The host was friendly and helpful. She accommodated us for a late check in. The room was nice, spacious and clean. There is a balcony to enjoy a coffee with a great view of the sea. A nice beach for a morning swim in less than 3 minute walking.

Internet connection with the WiFi is not so good. In addition, the facilities are quite old, therefore the beds are not really comfortable. If you only stay for a few days though, it is not a big issue.

Very cute and spacious studios with a lovely view overlooking the water, the host was so lovely and kind - even giving us some treats!

Not a negative - but you will need a car for this property as it’s down a hill.

Excellent views along the coast from the room balcony, super sweet host, dedicated parking spots, and a few minutes drive from Karlovasi. Nice swimming from the beach that is just below the property and quite a few fish to check out by snorkeling. Quick internet serviced by SpaceX Starlink. Our studio room had two twin beds in the living area and a double/queen bed in the bedroom. The living area had a small kitchen with a small fridge, hot plate, pots, pans, dishes, drip coffee maker, and water heater. Enjoyable stay and would happily stay again!

Athina and family were so welcoming and friendly and there were fresh tomatoes and wine in the fridge! It was so peaceful and 2 minutes walk to the sea!

I didn't have my own transport and the buses were every four hours, so planning had to be very precise. However, Athina helped me locate the times of the buses and let me stay after checkout to wait for my bus to Samos.

The host was very kind and helpful, hope to stay here again. Everything was fine, and we liked the view of the balcony very much. i recommend this place to everyone.
