"A fantastic apartment in great location"

Location to beach is excellent. Very close to several restaurants and beautiful promenade. Good security into complex and into apartment. Everything that you could possibly need within the apartment. On arrival we were met by Helia who provided us with entrance codes and answered any questions we had. Overall a great property and hopefully will return.

In main entrance hall where the lifts are there was sometimes very strong gas/sewage fumes, especially at night.

"An excellent stay in Armacao"

The apartment is very well appointed. Bed and bedding super comfortable. Had everything we needed. Even beach towels etc. Communications were also very good.

"A fantastic place to stay"

The apartment had everything you could need. From spare toothbrush to salt, washing power, dishwasher tablets and a very nice welcome basket. It was clean, modern, spacious and secure. The location was excellent right beside the beach and plenty of restaurants and shops. It also provided a welcome book with places to visit and restaurants to eat in. Helia who met us was incredibly friendly and helpful Had a fantastic stay and will be back

Very close to all attractions, in the city. Stones throw from the beach. Host even had sparkling water and wines for our visit ! Thank you for your thoughtfulness 🙏

"Gorgeous apartment and the city"

Perfect apartment for any kind of a stay, no matter if you choose it for a few nights, or for a longer stay. We were accommodated 13 days, so it had all needed (incl. fully equipped kitchen). The beds were comfortable, even a sofa for the kids. The apartment is hidden from the direct impact of the Sun, so we did not turn off AC (of course great local climate helps!). The location is the best possible, literally in the heart of the pedestrian zone in Armacao de Pera, just 100 meters from the gorgeous beach, surrounded by the restaurants, the closest supermarket is 10m from the flat. Overall, perfect value for the money. The owner is very helpful, we had a perfect communication from the very beginning, smooth check in and we had a feeling that we can ask for any kind of assistance. In addition to all mentioned, Armacao de Pera is literally the perfect spot for a family holiday (if you search for a peaceful beautiful city with impressive beaches).
