The place had strong smell of damp the moment we entered. At a glance the place look OK but on closer look we were super uncomfortable. The place looked like it was never been cleaned for our stay or perhaps never been cleaned for a long long time. Stains, dried spills, dirt and dust were everywhere. 1 used towel was on the hook behind the bathroom door. Fresh towels & sofa covers (materials placed on the sofa) were heavily stained and they look dirty. All bathrooms were dirty and dusty. At the end, the stay was a nightmare. We've checked in at around 2 am for 1 night stay and counting hours to leave the place. I was so uncomfortable that I didnt sleep and can't make myself to shower. Zero value for money and why should I pay additional for cleaning services when the place given to me was dirty?

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by your agent, Jenny. The entire check-in process was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Instead of assisting professionally, she simply said that if I couldn’t wait, I could cancel — which is an outrageous way to speak to a customer. I tried calling multiple times, and she repeatedly ignored my calls. It wasn’t until I complained to another person that she finally responded. IWhatsApp that check-in would be at 3:00 PM, but even after I requested 4:00 PM, I was still left waiting until 4:40 PM without receiving the key. There was no apology, no urgency, and no proper solution given for this delay. The entire experience was disorganized and disrespectful. This is by far one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. I expect a proper explanation, an apology, and clear action to ensure this doesn’t happen again to any guest. If this is the level of service your company provides, it is truly disappointing and unacceptable.
