Very good place to live, from here you can hike to Snezka. There is a free parking space (parking is paid on the village). Nice view from the windows.

Water filters should be installed because the water tastes like rotten eggs. The apartment is rented for 6 people, but there are only 4 chairs for sitting. The rooms are transitional and if you want to get to the wc you have to go through two rooms, so if you are travelling with friends, it is not convenient...
