"The perfect place to stay for small families"

We're a small family (parents and a toddler) and this place was perfect for us. It's compact, but quite cosy and you can't beat the location. We slept really well here, listening to the waves as we fell asleep.

Not a huge thing (especially as we didn't sleep on it), but the sofa bed has definitely seen better days and could be replaced.

"San Marcos forever!"

The location of the property is amazing - just press the ground floor button of the elevator and you are at San Marcos beach, our favorite one at Tenerife. The windows of the apartment face the ocean and the constant sound of the waves is very relaxing. The apartment is a small cozy studio equipped with everything needed for a comfortable vacation - even some beach supplies, which came very handy for someone whose luggage got delayed :) The host is a sweetheart - always quick to response, friendly and welcoming.

The sofa in the living room is close to the retirement age, which is noticeable when it is turned into a bed, but for an 8-year old it was ok.
