"Good value for a basic no frills accomodation."

Comfortable bed and acceptable bathroom and kitchen. TV and WiFi good. Low price compared to others in central location.but on the basic category. Very convenient walking distance to town centre. Resident parking worked well.

Water temperature was dangerously hot. Boiler temp needs adjustment. Sofa is inadequately small and uncomfortable. Bed linen smelled of too much washing detergent. Venetian blinds in poor condition.No indication when booking that this was a first floor accomodation.
