"No communication"

The freedom of our own property rather than a hotel

We booked a property so we wasnt tied to times for food at a hotel. No oven, no means to cook other than hob and microwave. (Couldn't oven cook anything, ) choice of 2 showers, 1 wouldnt cool down the other didnt warm up. The fridge and freezer didn't work (had to put milk in freezer to keep cool. Was in 36 hours and only just cool) mattress was like a bouncy castle. Host gave NO DIRECTIONS OR ADDRESS. I had to Google where we was going. When I contacted host.... she implied I was stupid, using booking confirmation code as access code to property. OVERALL, TOTALLY RUBBISH. DEFO WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AND WOULD NOT STAY AGAIN

"Will definitely stay in Abbies apartments again"

10 minute walk into town, very quiet, great chip shop.

My only minor gripe was for an oven, there is a combination microwave, but it wasn't great for pizza.

"Met our expectations despite a couple of issues."

We liked the cleanliness and the quiet relaxing environment. The nearby fish and chip shop was fabulous and there was a Co-Op very close by for anything we needed.

We never received the code for the key box and that necessitated a couple of phone calls. There were issues with both showers - the one downstairs only ever got to tepid water and couldn’t be used and the en suite was usable but was very hot

It was a comfortable and great place and good location

The showers were very poor The upstairs shower was too hot and we couldn't change it, with the bigger shower attached wouldnt work The downstairs shower was too cold and we couldn't change that either, so that the showers should definitely be looked at

Lovely little place. Just right for me and my friend. Comfortable, clean, nicely set up. Great to have a room and bathroom each!. Well set up and thought out. Have stayed at their apartments up the road too. Will be coming again.

We had issues with the showers, one running lukewarm and needing a new shower head, the other running very hot! Could have done with a few more hooks for towels and coats! A light in the alley would have been useful!
