The apartment overlooks the pool which is very well maintained. it is also in a secure gated block with parking if you have a hire car and you also can use 2 other pools that are part of the same block of apartments. A 15 min walk to the centre. and very sort walk to the beach. The corrospondence/ emails with Konstantin was brilliant. A very nice guy.We will certainly look to stay again in the future. A little gem if you are looking to stay at Cabo Roig.

Beds were very firm.

A very comfortable apartment with everything we needed for a short get away. During the heat wave the apartment stayed cool and comfortable even after the air con being turned off. The apartment has a choice of pools which was great as you can choose if you want to be at the quiet pool or the busy pool. It’s approximately a 10min walk to a multitude of bars and restaurants as well as 5mins from the beach.

Everything in this apartment was just excellent. About a 10 minute walk to a beautiful beach and the same to lots of lovely restaurants

Everything was great. Location. Facilities. The owner really bent over backwards to help.

Apartment has everything you need for a self catering holiday and was clean and tidy on arrival. The complex itself is very pretty and the balcony overlooks the pool. There are plenty of kitchen utensils should you wish to cook and the well stocked bathroom has an array of items to use, such as shampoo, sun tan lotions, insect repellent sprays, deodorants, everything you can think of really. The sun comes round to the balcony early afternoon and its lovely to just sit there reading a book. They also have an extensive book shelf.

The pool was freezing.

Very very comfortable, spotless clean. Had satellite tv that was a bonus. And really great location. The host was great . Really fast to answer questions and very clear instruction to find and get keys etc.
