The two bedroom unit was beautiful and very comfortable and the view out the back balcony of the Douro River was spectacular! The location was amazing but also a problem. The park across the street was very popular with locals and tourists in the afternoon through late evening as a place to watch the sunset, have a drink or two and street music played until 11-12:00 every night. Once it stopped it was very quiet, so if you are a traveler who likes to stay up late there won’t be an issue. The place was amazing, I loved the neighborhood eateries and walking the bridge everyday to town. We spent our evenings just sitting on the balcony watching the river and the sunset with a bottle of wine, or two. I would come back here again and again if it wasn’t for the “street festival” that happened every night. Definitely not the hosts fault, they were amazing to work with even though we didn’t meet, but something to consider if that kind of noise is an issue. I really wish they only did it one night a week, but it was every day/night we were there and it got a bit “old.”

The street festival music/party every afternoon-evening until midnight right out the front door and bedroom windows. Even the shutters and ear plugs couldn’t block it out.

Strange there was no TV, but with such great views, it didn't matter.

Eine glatte 10 ! Uns hat alles gefallen! 1. Die Lage war für uns wunderbar! Direkt an dem Hügel, an dem sich abends alle treffen und den Sonnenuntergang sehen, mit Live-Musik von Straßenkünstlern - großartig! 2. die Ausstattung war für uns perfekt, alles wie beschrieben, inkl. Klimaanlage, Rolläden, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Fön, Erstausstattung Gewürze, Spültabs, Kaffeekapseln vorhanden, und alles sehr sauber 3. die Aufteilung der Wohnung , sehr großzügig und mit einen fantastischen Blick vom Balkon auf Porto und in den Sonnenuntergang 4. sehr sehr herzliche Gastgeber, sehr netter Kontakt im Vorfeld, gute Kommunikation während des Aufenthaltes mit vielen Tipps und Empfehlungen

A beautiful apartment in a beautiful location, we could not ask for more for our stay in Porto. Perfectly arranged and equipped space for all that you need. Communication was very responsive and further information available if needed. Thank you. I have no doubt we will be back 😊
