We booked last minute & Laura was most accommodating. She dropped off the keys at an arranged time & was prompt & very pleasant. The property is cute & the bed was VERY comfortable!

My husband has 2 bad knees and we didn't realize--our fault--that there are stairs involved in getting into the apartment.
